Terms of Use of ichtiopedia.eu §1 General Provisions ichtiopedia.eu is an online platform dedicated to gathering and sharing knowledge related to fishing and ichthyofauna observation in Europe. The main purpose of the service is to provide general information about species, protection periods, fishing techniques, and observation methods. Data is made available both via API and through a frontend application. The service is delivered by TillGreen. More information can be found at: https://tillgreen.eu . §2 Scope of Services Users may: browse species and protection period information, access and integrate data via API, upload catch and observation photos, mark catch coordinates using smartphones. Due to the possibility of publishing catch locations, users are advised to proceed with caution when sharing coordinates. §3 Content Review All user submissions are subject to administrator review. The purpose of review is to prevent the publication of harmful, illegal, misleading, or inappropriate content. §4 Proper Use Users must use the service responsibly and according to its intended purpose. Abuse of the service is strictly prohibited, including: illegal content publication, spam, attempts to compromise system security. Any signs of abuse will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
